Shipping Policy

Currently, we ONLY ship orders within Canada and to the United States. If you’d like to place an order to a international address, please contact us at info@blaqalpha.com

 

• Processing time 

The estimated time it takes to process and ship orders is about 1 to 3 days.

• Shipping method

All orders will be shipped out using Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel. 

 

• Delivery 

You can expect your package to be delivered approximately 2 to 8 business days under normal conditions at NO EXTRA CHARGE. 

 

• Pre Orders

We usually ship out pre-orders within 65 days of initial order.

• Tracking

Tracking number will be sent to the email you’ve provided when checking out. Once your order is shipped out, you will then be able to track it on the Canada Post’s website or app.

 

• Lost or Damaged item

If your item was lost, damaged or undelivered, please send a message to our team at sales@blaqalpha.com.
